CANCELLATION POLICY
Last minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on my ability to serve clients. Preparation for your treatment begins well before you enter Nikki BeautifEYES. I limit the number of clients seen every day to ensure the highest level of quality and service. I depend on clients showing up for their scheduled appointment times. In order to reserve a place in my schedule for you, I require that you agree to my cancellation policy, as follows: · Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. · In the event of a last-minute cancellation or no show, the client is responsible for the full cost of the scheduled treatment. No exceptions. · Unexpected events like illness, work emergencies and travel delays are not exempt from cancellation policy. · Appointment text and email reminders are a courtesy. Not receiving these communications does not make a last-minute cancellation or no-show exempt from the policy. · If the client is more than 10 minutes late to an appointment without notice, the session is considered canceled, and the client is responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service. · In order to schedule an appointment, clients must provide credit card information to be kept securely on file. If cancellation policy is not honored, the card on file will be charged accordingly. I am an independent business owner, and this work is my lively hood. Thank you for understanding.
